ASSOCIATE (1) – RETAIL & SME CREDIT/ CREDIT DEPARTMENT

• Review, verify, and process retail financing applications in accordance with the Bank’s policies and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all necessary documents are complete and accurate.
• Analyze credit scores, financial data, and other factors to assess the eligibility of applicants.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding their application status, addressing any concerns promptly and professionally.
• Ensure that all applications processes comply with the Banks policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
• Accurately enter customer information into the system, maintain updated records, and ensure all data is handled professionally.
• Work closely with other team members and departments to resolve issues and ensure smooth processing of applications.
• Stay updated on regulatory requirements and ensure that all processes comply with financial regulations, banks policies, and risk management procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisors to meet department and organizational objectives.

• Diploma Business, Accounting, Finance, Business or in related field OR,
• Minimum 02 Passes in A ‘Level OR,
• Proficiency in MS office suite of applications
• Fluency in Oral and written Communications
• Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively.
• Good team builder and player with excellent organizational and relationship skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.

• Police Report (validity less than 06 months)
