NOC ADMINISTRATOR – TECHNOLOGY DEPARTMENT (SHIFT-DUTY)

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Networking, or a related field.
• Knowledge of IP networking, cabling, routing, switching, and network security basics.
• Familiarity with tools such as Wireshark, PRTG, or SIEM platforms.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills.
• Awareness of cybersecurity concepts and best practices.
• Ability to work in a high-availability environment and respond to off-hour incidents when required.
• 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in network support or operations, preferably within a banking or enterprise IT environment.
• Hands-on experience with firewall and switch configurations, patch management, and cabling infrastructure.
• Exposure to SOC/SIEM tools, vulnerability management, or security assessments is a strong plus.
