ASSISTANT MANAGER – CARD ISSUANCE / OPERATIONS DEPARTMENT

Responsibilities

  • Supervise the daily process of card production from request to dispatch, ensuring SLA timelines are met for all platforms (ApplyNow or any other).
  • Monitor card issuance requests for different products and ensure prioritization based on product-specific SLAs.
  • Supervise daily embossing and card packaging activities, verifying that personalization, mailer printing, and dispatch are completed with zero errors and within defined SLAs.
  • Monitor uncollected or expired card logs and ensure proper destruction, closure in core systems, and compliance with secure handling guidelines and SOPs.
  • Liaise with AFCU for blocked or compromised card cases and coordinate replacement issuance.
  • Ensure timely processing and delivery of instant cards in response to branch or sales centre requirements.
  • Coordinate with team leads from branches and sales units to plan stock availability for field visits.
  • Review and validate fee deduction cycles; identify discrepancies and escalate to IT or respective teams as required.
  • Ensure proper documentation and approval for fee reversals and manual adjustments.
  • Review daily reconciliation reports for production and inventory tracking.
  • Assist in the resolution of MIB9 USD allocation issues through coordination with IT and concerned units.
  • Monitor card stock and inventory levels; initiate replenishment requests proactively.
  • Conduct routine checks on embossing machine operations; escalate any technical or supply-related issues to Admin and IT teams promptly to ensure uninterrupted card production activities.
  • Prepare incident reports, participate in system testing (UAT), and provide inputs for system enhancement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field OR,
  • Diploma in related field with minimum 03 years of work experience in a similar field
  • Proficiency in MS office suite of applications
  • Fluency in Oral and Written Communication
