• Minimum 2 passes in A 'Levels OR
• Diploma in related field OR,
• Minimum 03 passes in O' levels with 01 year of work experience
• Strong sales drive, resilience, and consistent execution discipline.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Strong planning discipline and ability to execute structured weekly/monthly routines.
• High integrity and strict adherence to compliance, policies, and ethical standards.
• Comfort using reporting tools (CRM/Excel trackers/dashboards) and maintaining high data quality.
• Strong ownership, resilience, and ability to perform under target pressure.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently within assigned markets/islands
